High Performance Shooting Program
This 6 week program is designed to take your shooting to the next level.
During the program you will learn and practice
- Fatigue Shooting
- Long distance shooting
- Rebound strength
- Body Positioning
- Circle movement
- GA Leads
- Moving around defence with minimal space.
- Different close range shooting actions
This program will require you to already be a shooter
Age groups 11 – 15
After school program – Typically from 5.30 – 7.15pm
